Sign up with your email address and create a password. We'll ask for your name, business name, and what type of professional you are. No payment required.
Create your account
Add your photo, write a short bio, list your services, set your suburb and service radius, and add your qualifications. The more detail you add, the more confident parents feel reaching out.

We review every listing before it goes live. This keeps First Flutter a trusted, quality directory for parents. You'll receive an email once your listing is approved — usually within 24 hours.

Visible to parents
Once live, parents can find you through First Flutter's directory and tools. When they're ready to reach out, they submit an enquiry with their name, suburb, due date, and a message. You receive an email notification instantly and can view all enquiries in your portal.

How long does approval take?
We aim to review all new listings within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your listing is approved.
Do I need to pay to list my business?
No. A basic listing is completely free and stays free forever. The Featured plan ($79/month) gives you priority placement and additional tools, but it's entirely optional.
What is the 30-day money back guarantee?
If you upgrade to Featured and don't receive at least 5 new enquiries within your first 30 days, we'll refund your first month's payment — no questions asked. Just email us at hello@firstflutter.com.au.
Can I update my profile after it's approved?
Yes. You can edit your profile at any time through your dashboard. Changes go live immediately without re-review, unless you significantly change your category or business description.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. First Flutter is a directory and lead generation service. We connect you with parents, but the booking and payment happen between you and your client — we take no commission.
What areas do you cover?
We currently focus on Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. We're expanding to Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth in late 2026.
Can I list in multiple categories?
Currently each provider has one primary category. If you offer services across multiple categories (e.g. a doula who also does newborn photography), contact us at hello@firstflutter.com.au and we'll help you set up your listing correctly.
